If you’re seeking a Realtor dedicated to making the real estate buying and selling process as seamless and stress-free as possible, look no further…  Having spent nearly two decades in commercial and retail shopping center development, I have had the privilege of working with many real estate professionals and partners.  My experience spans working with buyers, sellers, brokers, attorneys, lenders and equity partners, giving me a broad and diverse understanding of the industry.  I've successfully negotiated over 75 national and regional retail leases for multiple grocery-anchored and mixed-use shopping centers across the southeast, as well as facilitated over 20 commercial shopping center closings and sales to investors.  In addition, I have worked on several renovation projects of my own which brought about my love for residential real estate.  Blending my commercial expertise with residential real estate, I discovered my passion for helping people find the perfect home and guiding them through the entire process from start to finish.  The hard part may be the idea of getting started, but the easy part is finding the right Realtor to work for you.
